  • We start with a consultation to understand your goals, budget range, timeline, and the scope of your project.

    During this step, we’ll discuss:

    • Your vision and priorities

    • Whether this is a custom home, renovation, or addition

    • Budget expectations and feasibility

    • Lot status (owned, under contract, or not yet secured)

    • Next steps specific to your project

    Goal: Make sure we’re aligned before moving forward.

  • Once we agree to move forward, we shift into planning and pre-construction.

    This phase may include:

    • Reviewing or developing floor plans

    • Evaluating HOA or city requirements

    • Budget development and cost verification

    • Selection guidance for major finishes and materials

    • Creating a realistic project timeline

    • Finalizing construction agreements

    Goal: Lock in the details so there are fewer surprises during construction.

  • Before construction begins, we handle the required permitting and preparation.

    This includes:

    • Submitting plans for city approval

    • Coordinating with engineers, designers, and inspectors

    • Scheduling trades and materials

    • Preparing the site for construction

    Goal: Ensure everything is approved and ready before breaking ground.

  • This is where your project comes to life.

    Throughout construction, we:

    • Coordinate and manage all subcontractors

    • Oversee quality, schedule, and site safety

    • Provide regular progress updates

    • Address questions or decisions as they arise

    • Conduct inspections at key milestones

    You’ll have direct communication with our team — not a rotating list of contacts.

    Goal: Deliver quality craftsmanship while keeping you informed every step of the way.

  • As the project nears completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with you.

    This includes:

    • Reviewing completed work

    • Addressing final touch-ups or punch list items

    • Confirming systems and finishes

    • Ensuring everything meets expectations before close-out

    Once completed, your home is ready to enjoy.
